Into the Foray

My first release on Bandcamp.

Street lamp lighting the dark.
A spark in an ocean of shadows.

This work begins quietly.

These three pieces form a single listening sequence—slow, tense, and deliberately uncomfortable. They are built from restraint, pressure, and duration, shaped to hold the listener in suspension rather than resolution.

This is the first public release under Wavering Light. It does not attempt definition. It simply marks a beginning.

Listen without expectation. Let the space do the work.

Light I - Suspense as an environment. Long corridors of sound, informed by the slow dread of science-fiction interiors.

Light II - Electronic, cold, and watchful. The sense of abandoned systems that continue to operate long after their purpose has been forgotten—machines running without witnesses, systems maintaining themselves out of habit moreso than necessity.

Light III - Vast interiors held under ever-increasing tension. What feels never ending is suddenly lost, giving way to emptiness, only to return as fear. The atmosphere grows dense and resistant, until sound itself begins to fail.
